What is Project Spirit?

Project Spirit is an online pro-shop, set up to help programs like yours sell awesome customized items to your fans!  No inventory for you to manage, no risk either!

What types of products can you offer our fans?

We have a large selection of apparel and accessories that can be customized for your programs needs!  Everything is made "on demand" so there is no inventory and no risk!

Do you design the prints or do we have to provide our own artwork?

We can do all of the heavy lifting design wise, OR you can send us your artwork, as long as it is a vector file.  Did you see something that you love, and want adapted for you?  Send us a photo and we'll design something spectacular!

 Does this service cost anything?

NO!  In fact, every program that has a pro shop gets 10% of the total profits!  All you have to do is tell all of your friends and family about the site!  

How long do orders take to process?

Production times vary by item.  On average, orders usually take a week or two from order to delivery.  Some items take less time, some may take a little more.

Why does my order come in different shipments?

We try to make sure we have the largest selection of items possible.  In order to do this, we work with multiple suppliers!!  Every supplier has different turn times for different products.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of the garments, we do not accept returns.  However, if a garment is damaged upon receipt, please immediately send us a photo and we will get a replacement sent out!

Can other people see my products?

Yes, other visitors will be able to see your product.  We have options for hosting a "private sale".  Contact us to find out how!
